I hope this message sets you right. I am writing to appeal a restriction placed on my account approximately 15 months ago due to fraud. A few months ago I appealed earlier and Mazor advised me to contact again at a later date. Which I am now working on in hopes of easing my situation.
I want to clarify that I have never participated in cheating on GrandRP servers. . Although I have made poor choices with other servers (only RS) in the past, I have learned the consequences of those actions and learned important lessons.
I wanted to have a fresh start on en3...
After Realizing the seriousness of my past mistakes I took the important step of getting rid of any remaining cheat files on my computer. This includes a factory reset. However, I didnt know some files would not be removed. After which your administrator during PC check found these files on my PC even tho I didnt have intention to cheat on it.
