1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) Throughout my time in LEO organisations, I've saw leaders rise and fall specifically in SAHP. I think that SAHP is a great organisation to be in and I want to be one of the leaders who make a difference to SAHP and I fully believe that with the time and dedication that I can put into the organisation that my term will be really great. Although it wasn't my first organisation, it has been the org where I've felt more at home and I just want to create that atmosphere for other people.
B) During many terms of all different orgs, I notice that there is a common theme with them all. Time zone issues. The activity levels always seem low at night time and it's my mission to make sure SAHP have good numbers all throughout the day and night. Open recruitment is always great, but I think if there was PR at the recruitment drives, or vice versa, the recruiters at PR events, we can show the city of Los Santos that we are all about the people as well as keeping the org thriving.
C) I would like to make SAHP impactful in events. This is not to say that in the past it has not been, but there has always been a lot of poking fun at SAHP over time. Hearing people refer to SAHP as "Hostage Providers" is not how I want this organisation to be known. To limit this, I will have routine trainings on the highways so that people in my organisation will know what to expect if such a situation should arise. I want to build such a strong team that people cannot wait to work with throughout any event big or small.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The one thing people want to see from the organisation they decide to be in, is an active leader and active deputies. I know that my activity will allow me to show the organisation that it's possible to work in the police force, and have fun doing it! When I take a position, I like to take it seriously and be there for the people of the organisation, no matter my link in the chain of command.
I plan to have 5 departments within SAHP with competent HODs who can share their knowledge to those who will come to law enforcement for the first time and those who want to learn different departments they have not yet explored.
Highway Patrol
This department is the bread and butter of SAHP. The basis on which the organisation is built upon. My plans to keep this department is to first bring in someone who is passionate about HWP. I feel this is vital in helping the department to succeed. Once a great HC structure is built for the department, I will have the department set up training sessions that relate to being involved in high-speed pursuits, traffic stops and even roadside assistance.
Human Resource & Training
While HWP is the base of the organisation, HRT is what holds everything together. The foundation of the organisation. For me this department is most important as they are the people who are helping to shape trainees and probies into great troopers. My plan is to ensure there are at least 2 open recruitments a day (one at day and one at night) to ensure we find a range of people to cover all times of the day. This in turn should increase activity and will motivate people to want to stay in the org and learn more and even give them confidence to venture into different departments.
Internal Affairs
The IA department is set up to deal with any issues and goings on within the organisation itself. With competent people to run the department and people who know what they're doing, my aim will be to have as little incidents as possible. I would ensure that SAHP's IA team would be trained to a standard high enough that they could weed out any corruption before it even began within the organisation. They would be trained work together to communicate with one another and with other organisations to ensure everyone experiences the best quality of work ethic from its workers.
SWAT
The SWAT team will be a group of individually skilled and trained people who will work together to train and shape everyone in fighting fit shape. They will set up bi/tri-weekly training sessions and would include other organisations like NG, LSPD and potentially FIB if there was enough interest from all sides. The aim of the SWAT team will be to ensure everyone from trainee to commander have the skills and confidence to go in and fight with criminals in events, if trying to talk criminals down didn't work.
Public Relations
Public Relations is an important department for most organisations. Mostly because it allows the citizens of the city to see who exactly is protecting the city of Los Santos and Blaine County. It shows that SAHP also want to engage with the people and have fun with the community instead of always being serious. My PR team will throw an event every day, in different locations in the city to switch it up a bit and make it interesting to the community. On some of the PR events, PR and HRT will collaborate and the event will also give the community the opportunity to get a job within the organisation.
