2.1 I joined NG During -- 13th General Of National Guard | Bob Captain's term there, I first learned about the NG and its operations. After that, I was in -- 15th General Of National Guard | Lunna Quinn, -- 16th General Of National Guard | Luffy Scott, -- 22nd General Of National Guard | Henry Connor, The 27th National Guard | Mia Herbyy, 29th Leadership General | Samantha Parker, 30th General Of National Guard General | Weedy Shakespeare, 31st General Of National Guard General | Aami Shakespeare. It's shows how much time, I invested in NG. And will gonna lead it with all my experience to make the successful terms. Plus there is not a org in city where i did not hold the HC position.
2.2 I also have a soft spot for NG as I made so many friends in the NG as it's a very relaxed and sort of easy Organization for New Citizen in city to get them the experience and a purpsoe to be in LEOs. So I want to extent my hand to be the leader who will not only bring the experience Citizens, but also reach out help to the (New Citizen) upcomming leader of the possible Sates.
2.3 I wanna make NG a mixture of both Old and New terms, like before getting promotions in NG was Quest on its own, and in the terms i was in NG was like a force of people where we did had some argument but we always solved it in profesional manner, and everybody had a say in the decision makking for the betterment on the ORG.

- To Improve the RP of any Org first we will have experienced HCs which will maintain the Law and Order in the Organization which will also applied to the High Commands.
- We will have Good and healty realtions with the other ORGs like LSPD/SAHP/GOV/FIB/LI/EMS which will create an good environment for a good RP
- We Will also have an Active PR which will connect us to the citizens so that they also lean about our presence and enspire the to be one of Us.
- As we can see more people are joining the City now so I think that I should share my experience with them and help them to be a part of the NG family.
