Hello, on December 30th, I received a ban for racism; however, it was a misunderstanding. I explained the situation to Hasan, and he said it falls under OOC insults. I was given a 15-day ban. Is there any possibility of reducing the punishment to 7 days, as I genuinely did not insult anyone based on nationality or race?
