Liam Fiouss grew up in a society of crime and poverty, yet his loyalty is always reserved for his tight group of friends. When they fell into the wrong books of the law, he found joining the National Guard(NG) as the only chance of protecting them. However, when inside, he was consumed by the power and influence. Driven by a desire to protect his friends from the tight fist of justice, Liam got himself involved in corruption. He broke rules, looked away at wrongdoings, and used his badge for personal gain. Yet, beneath the façade of authority, guilt gnawed at him. As his moral compass wavered, Liam was torn between loyalty to his friends and his responsibility as an officer. His desire to save his friends from the law led him down a dark path where the lines between right and wrong blurred irreversibly, leaving him lost in a moral abyss.
Career Story:
Liam's mother died shortly after he finished his training. Liam vented his anger at handcuffed criminals and accepted small payoffs from recidivists for his pains. For the money, one night he arrested an unknown mafia leader. The rest of the mafia heard about him and kidnapped him; they knew about his skills and let him go with the message "You owe us a lot of favors, we'll see you soon". In the absence of his mother, Liam went headfirst into the mafia's hands. IA pulled Liam in for questioning after discovering bribery poorly covered him. Liam confessed all his wrong doings three days, five hours, and 23 minutes later (35 seconds added up); he even said he wished his mother was still alive to keep him stable. Internal Affairs used Liam to take down the Mafia, which came as a deal for Liam. That deal was to either go back to the streets to his mother's old, abandoned house or move cross country and be implemented into NG a state-of-the-art precinct in Los Santos. All he had to do was change his ways. Liam took the job to be saved from the Mafia's street goons who would surely get him if he went home. Surrounded by new faces, again Liam was once a model officer. However, the Mafia leader broke out of prison and found Liam; he announced plans to bring back the Mafia-but needed Liam's help first. In time, Liam learned how to cover up his criminal activity more effectively. Leading him to become corrupt again. But this time around, bending laws won't stop him this time.
Outcomes:
1- Liam can kidnap, rob or kill in secluded areas - applies to criminals or people (Following gr 6.16)
2- Liam can get leave the suspect by taking bribes and guns (100k)
3- Liam may confiscate or take weapons from gang members and other criminals for his own use
4- Liam Can sell illegal items in black market
5- Liam can deny for his ID to hide his identity
6- Liam can lie or deny a detainee's request for a lawyer or attorney
7- Liam may participate in criminal activities alone or with friends or family.(Killing, Robbing, Kidnapping, Torturing) in ghetto or in secluded areas
