The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The gangs have teamed up together and have managed to kidnap the Governor and hold them as hostage! The LEO's have tracked down the Governor and have found their location and they are planning and strategizing on how to attack the gangs and to get the Governor out of trouble safely.
The criminals are holding the Governor hostage inside the Families HQ and are trying to get information out of her but before they get to do that, the LEO's try and kill all the gangs and get the Governor out of trouble!

Admin Requirements:
Spawn Vehicles and weapons, Teleport
Rules of the event:
No killing your own teammates and no patching up unconscious people
Prize for the winner:
$35,000 for each surviving member of the winning side.
