2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(A) One of the reasons that I want to be leader of Marabunta is because recently, there has not been a good and strong term for the previous 2 terms and the terms ended up being disbanded or the activity level was very low, so I want to become the leader of this organization to bring back bunta on top and to also give a challenge for other gangs and also for state organizations to have a lot of fun.
(B) I plan on going for 100% turf during a gang term under my leadership and the team that I have selected good members and a good turf team to help with that, we plan on having the most numbers at all events and being the toughest opponent for the opposing gangs and would like to give them a challenge at this gang. I have always believed that Marabunta should be one of the strongest gang out there but for some reason, not many leaders of this org have been able to achieve that, that is why I am here, to turn this gang into one of its best versions and bring it to the top like it should be!
(C) I make proper rules and regulations so everyone gets and respects each other and high command does not show power to lower rank.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Some of the advice that I have to improve the level of roleplay in this org is to do a lot of events and to bring as many people as possible by calling names and making sure we have good numbers at events to be able to create good RP scenarios.
Another advice that I have always thought of is to make alliance or to make rivalries between other organizations and gangs, we can easily put up some good competition for other gangs and to make all the events enjoyable for all the people that are participating in it.
One other advice that I have to create good RP situations is to work with corrupt cops from state side, for example exchanging some information and working with each other in events or them helping the gang obtain hostages, etc.
Something that I want to do if I get leadership is to create a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all the players that want to join the gang, I want to make everyone feel welcomed here and want everyone to be nice to each other and be friends and have a great time, I plan on doing that by strategizing and planning events to work as a team which I believe it can improve the chemistry between the members of the gang and will help us win more and more events and have lots of fun!
Some of the goals that I have for this term:
100% turf season
High spray profits every hour
Having the strongest active gang with minimum rule breaks
Having good numbers at events
