Rejected GZ 1.1 I 139650

I went to the DOC to process a 10-15 but when i reached there the 10-15 got code a so i was returning to my HQ but i stopped there i went to the dining room for drinking water, then when i came to my pc i saw that i was unconsious. So i checked my pov then i saw that this id 139650 killed me. Kindly take a serious action.
