Hello Sir

I am writing to appeal the Warn decision found in the link . Okay, I killed that player, I admit, but I killed the player outside the black market, so it's not the green zone, if I killed it inside the black market, you are very right, but I killed the player outside the black market, not in front of the shops in the black market, so it's the red zone, can you please re-evaluate the warn and demorgan decision?
