Wetternut had the life we all dreamed of son of a rich billionaire had a great wife all the supercars he wanted he was incredibly happy. At this time he met a friend this friend slowly became his best friend and one day his best friend came up with an idea he wanted to rob an officer with wetternut. Wetternut accepted the offer since he was incredibly bored as he had everything Wetternut robbed an officer the adrenaline he felt was unmatched he wanted more. So one day Wetternut and his friend decided to do the biggest robbery the city has ever seen they decided to rob the central bank this was the most adrenaline he ever felt, however they got caught everything got stripped away from Wetternut he wished that he could just return to how things were. His parents disowned him his wife divorced him this made him incredibly sad he was done with the crime but he was left with nothing he decided to work incredibly hard and decided to become a electrician he kept working and working and started a new life. After a while his friend got murdered because he kept going with the criminal activities he was done with all the crime and decided to become a police officer this made him incredibly happy and he decided to fully invest his time in becoming the best officer.
Career story
Wetternut became a great officer he became well respected after his 4 terms in LSPD/SAHP/FIB he had many leo friends at this point and had done 500+ arrests, because of this people knew what he was capable off and life was great again he was happy again he married for the second time. After all of this he got a big promotion he had been waiting for he got promoted to Deputy Head Of Department in LSPD of the IB department. He was so incredibly happy that he decided to make it the best department in LSPD. He was working overtime every day doing paperwork he contributed 80 percent to all casefiles. This unfortunately did not last long he found out that his wife got murdered by a few gang members he got so incredibly mad he took a gun and searched for them for 5 days straight in his undercover outfit posing as a addict. When he eventually found him he just shot him 37 times he commited a felony the body was well hidden but was found after 2 days, however since he was in the Investigation department and he was a high command in LSPD he knew exactly how they would discover the body and what they would look for they never found the killer. It turned into a cold case he was incredibly happy and with this new found power he decided to use it even more killing multiple gang leaders he became a serial killer at this point. The Federal Investigation Bureau got involved with their best officers trying their best to catch his every next move. They almost catched him in which he had to kidnap some officers and drop them off in a remote area this gave him so much adrenaline, however he stopped or did he?
Outcomes:
1- Wetternut can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as going in ghetto and kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat.
2- Wetternut can torture/interrogate gang members for information, as well as torture/cuff/break the bodycams of other LEOs to save whoever he wants.
3- Wetternut is able to enter the ghetto and trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s with gang members.
4- Wetternut is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
5- Wetternut may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
6- Wetternut , when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
7- Wetternut is able to sell/buy legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the blackmarket, as well as sell classified information. (not org weapons)
8- Wetternut always has his bodycam in his balaclava or normal mask recording the last ten minutes to the SAHP cloud (using /try command).
9- Wetternut can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
10-Wetternut can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
