Dear Administration Team,

I am writing to appeal my recent ban for GR 1.1 and 1.2. Unfortunately, I was unable to log in over the past few days due to my PC being broken, which required repairs.

After I was banned, I contacted Mike, who issued the ban, told me to join Private 1 for clarification. Mike told me that someone had accessed my account some time ago. However, as far as I am aware, this individual neither cheated nor took any money from my account,

I kindly request that you review my ban, as the unauthorized access to my account was beyond my control.
