Rejected Too many Bans | 69662

Dear Admin,
So my so many frnds got blacklisted because they git 6-7 bans and they got blacklisted for Too many bans but this guy having 7+ bans + today he got banned again by Harry King proof: Reviewed - Using FL | 69662
I am attaching in Details as well he have so many bans + punishment but he is still playing game how? Rules are same for everyone it kind of biased decision please take fair decision and punish him
