I don't see how this is 6.2 he could have just clapped you right then for stealing from his family and that would have been the end of it. But he drove away and let you live. not only that you weren't chasing him. you never gave him any demands so its not avoiding RP. and I'm assuming he never saw the vehicle you came in so how is he supposed to know that it was you in the purple vehicle.
