We were doing this NG. We patched that NG and there was a collector there. We were rammed. After ramming, he started running away. The situation was going on and he was not afraid for his life. He couldn't stand it and started running away, that is, he tried to leave the situation, that is, he failed. That is, after the failed RP, this other brother came and picked up an LMG even though he had a gun in his hand. And that's where he broke the power gaming rule. You can see he is doing FL also.

So here’s the situation. I was on Ghetto Patrol and ended up getting killed during a fight. After that, they tried to rob me. As shown in the POV, IDs 140137 and 141291,enter Families Gang HQ along with a few others, are clearly breaking Ghetto Rule 1.3. This rule clearly states that visiting a gang's HQ without an IC reason (like a raid or talking to deputies/leaders) is forbidden for all organizations.

Now let’s focus on my side of the situation. After being rammed by a car and getting back up, there was no aim on me, so I tried to run and save myself. Going a bit OOC here—if a cop gets the chance to escape during a robbery or similar situation, they’re going to take it. That’s exactly what I attempted in this case, but unfortunately, I couldn’t pull it off.

And i Also Think That They Could be Punished With

1.3 On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organisations. | WARN
1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gang members on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN

And Also They Try to Kill The Debt Collector as Shown in the Pov.

6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc.

And the guy is saying that he was running from that situation , its ok i can understand what he wanna say , he got a good chance to run but as you know he just got revived and he was running totally like nothing happened even when the gangsters shoot him he didn't respond to his injuries , he was revived , she was shooted many times , he was badly wounded and still he can run as nothing happened !! Nice boys 🤣🤣

First of all 185595 may get a wrong muscle flex on the debt collector car so her character went inside the hq following the debt collector car as you can see the pov it is going towards the debt collector car abnormally (I am not sure about it) and 188245 wasn't involved in the robbing so he is not connected to this robbing matter ( Give 188245 punishment on not wearing dress but he isn't involved in that robbing ) and don't bring him in this robbing matter just post a bodycam against 188245 in other place of violation of gang uniform i guess so that we can come to the conclusion more quickly of who is wrong leo guy or gang guys , rather than listening who did what .

If he is in the same situation as seen in your POV then his rule break will count in the same situation and so will the rest 3 of you guys.
And about the fear RP as said by Mike earlier when he ran 3 of you weren't pointing gun at him so he can run to save his life. Irrespective of what the reason was of you guys not pointing guns at him so he can run. There's nothing wrong at that if you don't believe me wait for administrators to take the decision.

Just an example : So during a fight when you get injured and manage to kill your enemy do you return to HQ to put bandages or you start robbing him. If you start robbing him why don't you crawl if you are shot in legs.
Now to the topic you are talking about: If someone shoots you, you keep running not start crawling on the ground until you die. So don't apply logic to something which even you won't follow if you would be in the opposite side. So stupid of you
