Rejected Ban for General Rule 3.1, 3.2, Racism | Azure Duke

Since when I post a forum I start getting targeted, as yesterday's thing a random guy joins family and started spamming N word and we called admin but they are taking time so in RP term I said fatherless behaviour is that single word I got banned for GR 3.1, GR 3.2, racism which is unfair I believe I should get muted for GR 3.2, how am I racist by writing it.

Even by chance i did a mistake please im really sorry for it. I have never did this before in my whole grand rp time, i didnt receive a verbal or so too.. i think i shouldve received a 180min mute instead of 21 days ban.. im so sorry if i did a mistake please i will never do it again in future and ill make sure to be the most mature in chats from now onwards. Please give me a last chance ill be very grateful of it. Please i beg for it...

Please sir 21 days of ban is alot.. i play grand rp literally everyday, no other games come under consideration for me i only play grand rp... please i cant wait for 20 more days to play the game i like.. one last chance i beg sir
