Leader of: Emergency Medical Service
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My journey in this city began as a taxi driver. I used to wait in front of the hospital to pick up passengers. While waiting, I saw how hard the doctors worked to help patients and save lives. Their dedication inspired me to become a doctor and join the Emergency Medical Service (EMS).
After some time, I became eligible to join EMS. I started as a beginner and received training to become a good doctor. Once my training was done, I became a medical student. I learned by watching my seniors during operations and always tried to do my best to treat patients. My work included helping in the hospital lobby, responding to emergency calls, and doing medical lab tasks. As I worked more in EMS, I realized how much I loved being a part of it. This job has given me a purpose, and I truly enjoy helping people and making a difference in their lives.
After a few weeks, I applied to become a Field Training Officer (FTO). I joined this department to learn more about the organization and expand my knowledge. In this role, I trained over 50 students, and through teaching others, I gained a deeper understanding of EMS while improving myself. My dedication was recognized, and I was promoted to Dean of Training. This position allowed me to learn about the internal workings of EMS and understand the organization better. I was also in charge of the night division, managing events and the lobby during night shifts. After working hard for many terms, I became a Deputy, experiencing all aspects of EMS. However, during my journey, I noticed issues like favoritism, corruption, and improper roleplay. These problems are unacceptable to me.
1) I want to become the leader of EMS to address these issues and create a fair and transparent environment with my units.
2) My goal is to improve the organization, eliminate corruption, and help the city along with the EMS team.
3) Thirdly, I am committed to transforming EMS into the most active organization with the most role play.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Attending every types of Events
I will ensure that our units actively participate in every type of event or situation where medical support is required. This includes not only emergency scenarios but also public relations (PR) events hosted by other organizations. For example, during events like barefoot races, we can provide immediate medical assistance if any injuries occur.Additionally, in situations involving hostages, we will escort injured individuals to the hospital and ensure they receive proper care. Beyond attending events, I will organize medical-related events such as rallies against HIV, blood donation camps, and health awareness programs about disease prevention. These initiatives will not only strengthen our role in the community but also create engaging and realistic roleplay scenarios for our team.
2) Scenario-Based Training Sessions
I will introduce scenario-based training sessions to improve the roleplay skills of our members. These sessions will involve practicing responses to different situations, such as car accidents, natural disasters, or high-pressure emergencies. For example, members will roleplay responding to a multi-vehicle crash, managing injured individuals at the scene, and coordinating their transport to the hospital. In a natural disaster scenario, we will train on handling mass casualties and providing medical support. These sessions will not only improve their skills but also encourage creativity and detailed roleplay in handling such events.Through these training exercises, I aim to ensure that every member is well-prepared for any situations. Also,we will do operation with the rp command inside of the hospital.
3) Ensuring the basic of EMS
My main goals for improving EMS include a strong focus on efficiently managing lobbies and responding to calls. I will ensure that at least three lobbies are covered at all times including PH and SH, and that two units are sent on calls, with one on RO calls. Additionally, I will have at least one high-command on standby to handle interviews and management-related issues. To strengthen our training department, I will shadow every training session to ensure that FTOs are providing high-quality training. I will also organize advanced area for new HCs to help build a stronger HC environment.I will assign the IA to only focus on the internal things of the employes.I will organize a weekly party for my units to get a relief from their hard work with top notch DJ.
