Rejected unban appeal | gr 6.17

good evening,
i was blocked for gr 6.17 ( overlay rule), for this

but the thing is, im not using a not allowed program like obs, etc... i record my povs with nvidia shadowplay, and in the clip when i was banned i didn't go to another overlay since im already aware of this problem that i have ( im using laptop and with laptop u can't record desktop at all, if required i can show you a proof of this), what happened is, i was playing on windowed mode and when i moved my mouse to the bottom left, windows news poped up in which i couldn't see my gameplay and u can see that in the clip when i told the guy that i cant see my gameplay, so i pressed windows to go back to the game, also, in the last seconds of the clip, i opened my inventory, and it takes some seconds to load which might look like i went to another overlay but i promise i didn't.
if you can reduce the 30 days it would be so appreciated so i can at least not lose my apartment.

You can easily setup all-overlay-recording on Laptops. Fix your POV
