Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?:-

1:- I've always wanted to lead something big like a gang for a while now, and I'm ready to bring all my leadership skills, passion, and motivation to the table. I've been deeply involved in the gang scene for a while, and I feel like I've learned so much that I can now use to turn things around and make a real difference.

2:- I've spent years being deep inside the gang scenarios, working with different groups: the Bloods, / Vagos, /families, Ballas-out of which I had the position of an under-deputy. Also, I arranged clands, took part in the work of informants, and everything went really smoothly, but after this huge waste of time and energy input, now I am ready for the next step. I am ready to rise as a leader, extend my experience, and make an impact that's meaningful and positive.

3:- I am fully committed to turning our gang into a place where every single person feels valued and included. My main priority will be to create an environment that motivates every member to stay motivated, work hard, and have the drive to rise through the ranks. I believe that once everyone is empowered and inspired, our collective strength grows. Fairness, respect, and integrity will be the foundation of everything we do. These are the values that are non-negotiable; as such, they guide our actions on how to work together. I will wish every member equal opportunity for self-realization, growth, and contributing to the success of our gang in meaningful ways.
Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?:-

i'm all about giving every new member a fair shot and ensuring they don't feel left out. If they put in the effort, they'll see opportunities for promotions and more. It's my job, along with my High Command, to make sure everyone shows up to events regularly and keeps things respectful no toxicity to other gang members, citizens, or law enforcement. I will also make sure that every recruit learns his way around the city, knows event and street rules, and speaks decent English when in role-playing.
