Rejected Warn for RDM | Hassan Error

Hello there,
i was collecting a treasure when some one came and started shooting me with no demands or reason ,
so i started shooting back as when somebody insult or attack you, you will attack him back ofc , in real life or even in the game ,
i know i mixed and its wrong and i accepted the punishment for mixing , but why i got warn for RDM ,
all what i know , if some body shot you you can shoot back ,
i worked in LSPD , FIB before , and if some body shot us i can shoot him back as its a direct threat for my life , with no warning or rule break
which applied to this situation also ,
so what happened now ?

also the person who uploaded the video and did the form , he didnt mention me , and no body did complaint about me , so why i got punished ,
