2.1. I am Aditya Richh, a proud resident of Los Santos, with a career built on dedication and service to our community. Starting my journey in the Los Santos Police Department, I have earned valuable experience through my roles as Undersheriff , Deputy Chief of Police and High Command in FIB and NG as well . These positions have honed my leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to lead teams under pressure.
2.2.Now i am ready to take on a greater responsibility , leading the National Guard. With a steadfast commitment to safeguarding our nation and ensuring the securityof our citizens, I bring a vision of discipline, unity, and unwavering service to this esteemed organization. Together, me and my Soldiers will uphold the highest standards of excellence and rise to meet any challenge that comes our way.
2.3. As soldiers of the National Guard, we are dedicated to making our organization the most respected through our professionalism and bravery. We will work hard to set high standards and earn trust and respect through our actions, making the National Guard a symbol of pride and honor.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1. One of the biggest challenges facing the National Guard is gatekeeping. However, I assure you that under my leadership, this issue will be addressed with utmost priority. If given the opportunity to lead, I will ensure that my soldiers are not just protectors of the nation but also steadfast guardians of the integrity and honor of the National Guard itself. Together, we will uphold the values of unity, discipline, and service above all.
3.2. I am committed to fostering and maintaining strong, positive relationships with all legal organizations, striving to minimize conflicts and ideally eliminate them altogether. My vision is to create a harmonious and cooperative environment where collaboration thrives, allowing us to work together effectively for the greater good of the city.
3.3. I will recruit experienced and skilled leaders for each department to oversee their teams and provide expert guidance on operations. Their knowledge and leadership will play a crucial role in mentoring team members, improving performance, and driving the organization towards unparalleled excellence.
