2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become leader of this organization. I spend descent amount of time in gangs like Bloods and Ballas which gave me enough experience and knowledge to lead an gang Now i think i can take the leadership of the organzation and take the vagos from earth to sky. As we know vagos past leaders always try to bring it on top they became successfull in it sometime. but most of the time they did not able to take it long . But i have enough confidence that i will able to take there this legacy and will make the vagos top on the list once again and also able to take this position for long time.
As i spend good time in the city . I faced too many RP situation and was able to handle it sometime easily but sometime i faced some circumstances. But now spending too much time in the city i gain enough knowledge to face the challenges and situations .
As i spend good time in the city so i able to meet some good peoples who made me at this postion where i am right now i have good friends in the city who can help me by doing my this mission of taking vagos on top easily. So that's why i think i am ready for this. i wil improve the gang rate and crime rate in city which is continously decrease in the past days due to inactivity of organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- As it been seen in the city multiples times many gang get dead and there activity gets stop within few days. So i will overcome this issue by adding some interesting task in the gang.
- As many gang face consequences beacon of new people in the city, new people breaks server rules for resolving this issues i will add training system in gangs, which will make my leadership different and better from others.
- I will announce new highly paid bonus system which will attract people and will make them sticked to the organization.
