I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to address the ban imposed on my account under GR 1.1 and GR 1.2. I would like to present my side of the situation and seek clarification and resolution.
GR 1.1: It states that sharing or trading accounts is strictly prohibited. I assure you that I have never engaged in any sharing or trading of my account.
GR 1.2: It states that an account's security is the sole responsibility of the owner, even in the event of hacking.
On June 9, 2024, my account was hacked, but I was unaware of the breach at the time. When I logged in as usual, I noticed that all my vehicles were missing. I immediately contacted Administration, and Dark Wick responded to my query. After explaining the situation to him, he suggested I relog and, if the issue persisted, create a technical forum.
I proceeded to submit the technical forum, and upon review, Jetix confirmed that my account had indeed been hacked. Only then did I become aware of the situation. Following this, I reached out to several administrators to inquire if this incident could lead to a ban. They reassured me that there was no cause for concern and advised me to enable two-step verification, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, as this occurred around six months ago, I no longer have the screenshots of those conversations.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request you to reconsider the ban on my account. I deeply value my time and experience within the community and have taken steps to ensure the security of my account moving forward.
I sincerely appreciate your time and attention to this matter and hope for a favorable resolution.
