2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
ANS:
1. I have been in this organization for many months and i see so many good and bad leaders and i thinked i have enough experience to lead this organization because i started organizations with ng and from the start i always thinked i can carry ng i can do this org more than only a source of ammunation and this term will be active i will create a good HR team no one will be wait for hours or days to take training i promise i will do my job good!
2. I have HC experience in all organization so i think i can make good relations with all organizations i will listen them and i can do ammo runs at time and i will make ng more fun i will do many event in a day my term is not gonna be boring
3. Being leader is more than overseeing operations its about peoples too for making good departments u need to see units feature and i can see that because i was like them too i can easily see they features
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will make sure that HR department is filled with experienced professionals because i want from my HR team being good to newbies and fast in other terms im seeing so many weak HR they are not taking care of newbies and they not giving good training for me HR is important department they need to be professional and experienced they have so many jobs to complete
2. I will take more care about strike system no one cares about taking strike on last times everyone is doing disrespect actions to High comands so many units not being on duty i will take more care about strike system because of this and i will check logs more its an important thing for being a better term
3. I will make a new promotion system because on other terms i saw so many experienced people are high commands who are not being on duty and dont know anything about rules so, i will focus on high comands i want that only experienced people has to take high comand ranks
