Rejected Abusing and firing without demand/coming to the same location after dying

Me and my friend were chilling on an island suddenly this guy came and started firing on us without demand. I don't have the starting clip but I have the rest of the clips you can check out. First he started abusing us without any reason so Ig he should get some punishment for shooting without demand and coming back at exact location again and again after dying we also gave him demands and warnings.
