So here I go for my second attempt with POV of the incident thanks to a family member not being green as grass to this server like I am thankfully

As previously stated but now with POV clearly shows our group being engaged by the group of RDMers in a "Safe Zone" Player IDs 48877,48252 being the ones breaking the rules and further more nowhere in the submitted POV against me shows my Player ID doing any of the shooting and only backups up my claims it was another group.

I understand the player base for your server is vast and there's a lot of people to manage but I'm not understanding how I could be imprison and warned from a POV which proves my innocence,

Okay, may I ask Ganesh what he saw from the POV that indicated any wrong doing on my part?

Plaintiff requesting a fair compensation of $150,000 per hour spent falsely imprisoned and an additional $100,000 per day which my account was flagged with a warning, further more caused two of my friends to be removed from their gangs for a incompetently dealt with report so some sort of strike or blemish on Ganesh's report if he was the one who ordered it unless some additional proof or information is brought to light.

At 0:06 ID 140891 can be seen shooting
The next few frame shows shots coming from both sides
Kill logs shows that you were killed by ID 48252, and were active in the gunfight
Which is more than enough evidence that you were shooting in BM.
As it is a GZ you cannot shoot in BM.
Wait for Highers administrator's final decision.
