I would like to file a complaint regarding a punishment I received under rule ER 1.15, issued by the administrator Donna Hill. The event in question was the “Subs” event, where I was standing on a crane, and I was penalized for this action. I believe the punishment was issued unfairly, as I believe there is a misunderstanding regarding the difference between a crane and a roof.
The rule ER 1.15 states that players are not allowed to use roofs during events, but a crane, as a structure, is fundamentally different from a roof. A crane is an elevated object with open spaces and not typically considered part of the roofs players are restricted from using. By this logic, standing on a crane should not be seen as a violation of ER 1.15. The crane was not blocking any gameplay or giving me an unfair advantage, and I was not exploiting it in any way.
I respectfully request that the punishment be reviewed and reconsidered. I believe the action taken by Administrator Donna Hill was based on a misinterpretation of the rule, and I ask for this situation to be looked into fairly. Please consider the difference between cranes and roofs in the context of this event.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Best regards,
