Dear Sir ,
This is ken Ambani (-ID 150924) , Sir I was using Nvidia software for screen recording but didn't had an idea that same software was illegal on laptops . also as the rule GR 6.17 its states It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar software for recordings. All overlays must be recorded. so Didn't had looked deeply in it which is my fault
I am here for my ban refusal appeal. Sir as u can see I was a good citizen through my journey in the city without receiving a single ban , I truly admin that this time unknowing its my fault so please pardon me this time . Since its my 1st ban pls consider to remove or reduce my ban timming as I had many assets in the city which can go out of my hand in the ban period. I will make sure that from next time I don't give u guys a single chance of complaint .
So please remove/reduce my ban considering this as my last fault.
