2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

a) Lifeinvader represents the cutting edge of digital connection, and I’ve always been inspired by how it transforms how people engage. I want to lead this organization forward and shape the future of ads. One of the most important aspects of improving ads is ensuring they are correctly published. By analyzing user data, we can create ads that resonate with specific groups. I’ve noticed the mistakes in the city’s ads, and I want to ensure LifeInvader delivers accurate ads so we can regain trust of the citizen.

b) Journalists are the voice of LifeInvader, and it's important that we maintain the highest standards of reporting. Whether it's breaking news, in-depth features, or investigative pieces, we must ensure accuracy, integrity, and creativity in every article. I would prioritize training and empowering the team so they can cover as much news in the city as much they can.

c) The creative team thrives when they’re allowed to experiment and think outside the box. As a leader, I would encourage bold, creative thinking and allow the team the freedom to explore new concepts, designs, and formats. They will hold talent shows every week.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

The best way to improve the roleplay level at Lifeinvader is by engaging directly with the city’s residents and businesses. By involving them in creating ads and campaigns, we can reflect their unique stories and perspectives, making our content more authentic and relatable while building a stronger connection with the community. This approach not only boosts engagement but also helps us understand the pulse of the people, ensuring our campaigns resonate and create a lasting impact. We will celebrate the best roleplayers by giving them recognition and rewards. A little acknowledgment goes a long way in motivating people to keep improving.

ADs department: If I become the leader of this organization I will make sure to hire most ex-employees so they have experience and minimum or no mistakes are there in the ads. I will give chance to other citizens to join LifeInvader for them I will hire best HR’s so they can give training.

Journalism department: I will hire people who are interested In giving new news to other citizens they can cover every event that happens in city, they can make posters for city, and will make best LifeInavder cnn possible so every single citizen knows what is happening in the city.

Creative department: We can hire employees who can host most of the events either it is a car show, talent show or drifting competition. My creative department employees will make sure that everything goes smoothly for every citizen who participates in these events and everyone will have the right to be heard.
