I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the 60-day ban imposed on my account, as I strongly believe it is based on a misunderstanding.
I have been actively playing in Grand RP for nearly two years and have always prioritized adhering to the rules. Throughout my Grand RP career, I have never received any warnings or penalties, including a single Demorgan. This ban is entirely unexpected and deeply concerning for me.
Regarding the issue at hand, I was a member of the Hashira Server but was unaware of any illegality associated with it. I am not affiliated with their family and have only occasionally joined their family VC for general conversations, primarily at night. Upon receiving information from a friend yesterday evening about potential issues with the server, I immediately left it.
Unfortunately, despite my swift action, I discovered this morning that I was banned for 60 days. I assure you that I have always played fairly and have never engaged in any illegal activities. If necessary, I am willing to allow a thorough review of my PC to demonstrate that I strictly use original games and maintain compliance with all rules.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter. Given my clean record and commitment to fair play, I hope you will consider lifting or reducing the ban.
