Life Story:
rex western is born in a small village of marley. He was a very smart and confident boy always used to have interest in sports and legal orgs like army and all . His father was also in the army and he was a very honest soldier but after sometime his father got killed because of corrupt soldiers because his father got promotion before them and those officers have great connection with gangs and bandits and was coming for him and and mother to destroy every evidence regarding to his father death so he left marley and settled to Los santos.
Career Story:
When he settled in Los santos he grew up and decided to join the army the NG to financially support his mother because of the support from his friends who were got high power in NG he got selected and got promotions so fast he got the post of CG ( Commanding general) and got alot of knowledge about the NG , Later he also joined other orgs like GOV and SAHP where he got COS of SWAT and learned about the every aspect of these orgs . But , These things were not helping him to make much money then he got to know about the other secondary methods to earn money corruption and it was so easy for rex to do these things as he got alot of connections and power in NG and other orgs.
Outcomes:
1-Rex can demand for money (up to 100k) and illegal items to become Hostage. (with proper rp reason)
2-Rex can carry a his ID and portable radio while off duty.
3-Rex can use or carry illegal items and weapons while on/off duty.
4-Rex can carry organization stuff off duty to respond to the situation .(not for personal use)
5-Rex can refuse to reads the Miranda rights and can lie about a lawyer.
6-Rex can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
7-Rex can refuse to show his ID to LEO's civilians or suspects while doing corruption and to not get caught.*
8-Rex can sell illegal items and weapons in black market. (while being off duty).
9-Rex don't follow any law while processing a 10-15.
10-Rex can tear off the mask of criminals without asking them and ask them to drop their weapons.
