- During my time with the FIB I was highly active sometimes I arrested up to 15 people per day with 0 mistakes in the process because I had very good knowledge about the city laws which gave me very big experience in the process
- I have good communication skills and very good leadership skills and I will be very active in leading My officers in all 911 calls events and global
- I want to lead a very professional term where we have the same things things her term every person that gonna get a high command rank will get a very restrictive interview to make sure that I have very good has behind my back

- i will focus that my offciers are very proffesional make sure that no argument internally and no issue or argument with other org so our relationship will be very good with other organizations and make sure to lower the crime rate in the city
- Host regular training sessions to improve officers skills including negotiation tactics, handling suspects, and responding to emergencies.
- Maintain FIB’s presence in the city by ensuring that officers actively respond to every call, event, and emergency This will enhance the organization’s reputation.
