2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(i) I would like to become the leader of this organization because this organization has always been my go to org within the past servers (EN#1/EN#2). I loved the experience as just a regular agent and I loved the people that I was in the org with. It is the most interesting and entertaining org to be apart of because of the jobs and tasks that they take on a team and a family.
(ii) Another reason on why I would like to become a leader of the organization is because I believe I have what it takes in order to lead a strong team and do the best that we can do. I may not have experience actually running the org but I do have experience as someone who has been within the organization to know what should and can be done to make things run as smoothly as possible.
(iii) The third and final reason on why I would like to run the organization is I want to be able to get a strong and solid foundation for members to come to and enjoy their time as a Law Enforcement Officer. Not only will I be able to create a strong and solid foundation, I will also be able to help others learn more about different ideas and plans/planning to do in certain scenarios. I believe that with some of the things I have done in the past I can help others and make this the best organization within GrandRP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the RolePlay level within the organization would be the teamwork that everyone puts in and the effort that everyone puts in. If we all work together as a team and we all put in the effort to work as a team and we all work together with our special skills (personal skills) then we can throw different ideas on the drawing board in order to create a plan as a team to make things run smoothly. But not only are we a team we are a family.
