2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been long in illegal organisation side from last many terms. I start my gang or u can say starting journey in organisation that be families gang where I start with rank 2-3 I attend a lot of events and gain/learn/experenice knowledge about gang events, works and responsiblity as well as what’s the role of gang in n city.
By spending a lot of months in gangs, I learn one thing is that it’s totally depend on leader and their friend who they run their organisation and also I have good managing skill which i do my before times. I have under deputy experience in all gangs and 2x deputy in en3 so I think I am able to lead bloods and make it active from others.
I want to become leader of bloods because recently I don’t see any of them gang active in ghetto or events. So I want to take the leadership of bloods and with help of friends, family members to become blood gang active by doing a lot of events I.e (clands, subs, 24/7 store robbery, gun robbery, bs and many more events).
My another reason is to become leader of bloods gang is i want to complete my gang journey as newer to leader. I will try everyone when they enter in ghetto by bloods, dominate other gangs, win all events and build good relation with my gang curator.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
There will be no favouritism for deputies and high command rank in the organisation
There will be a great family without any toxicity in the organisation.
interact leos in all events to create good roleplay.
rule break led to kick or blacklisted.
As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores.
