dear admin I received a penalty of Mixing even though this word is considered provoking IC and is punishable by law as in the law of P.C. 2.9.10 Provoking 18000 
so why did I receive a penalty for it? In general, people came and provoked me. I can go and complain about them to the government and this is my right within the personality.
Knowing that it is used in laws and provocative violators are imprisoned for it, if we can use this word and the word provocation is a natural word, I did not mention a legal text or external information, but I told him I will go to the government and see you there.
