Hello, If there proof is obvious including rulebreak we do punish people. Even if its 20 seconds POV no one give you permission to insult their mothers. If you have a POV of that person violating rules make a complaint and we ll review.

For your words there no longer situation needed. You cannot say those words in 1 minute pov same as in 20 minute pov or 10 second pov. If someone insulted you, same you have the possibilty to report him on player complaints section with your POV. That doesnt give you the right to do rule violation too.
