Hello Higher Administration

I got banned for GR 4.1 (Minus Settings) I don't know what this is i just have my pc check done by Mr. Harry king and after a week I saw I got banned. I don't know what's my mistake I request you to remove my ban or atleast reduce my ban, I really want to play on the En 2 server because I have my friends over there And I am also ready for money wipe.
