Hello Administration,
I would like to request a second opinion regarding my appeal, which was recently rejected. Upon reviewing the rejection, I researched past appeals and found that bans under reason 6.3 have previously been lifted. I would appreciate understanding why, in my case, the response was "not for appeal."
The rules clearly state: "It is forbidden to EMPTY the warehouse of the organisation for personal purposes." In my situation, I only took a maximum of 8 weapons and bullets (specifically 8 SMGs, each with 100 bullets) to play with my friends and the organization. These friends are not yet at the level required to join an organization. While we were in the Redzone together, we did not attack any organization members and aimed to simply enjoy the game.
Given this context, I believed my actions did not violate the 6.3 rule entirely, but I understand that it was deemed a violation. This is why I apologized for my actions in my original appeal. (Rejected - Unban Appeal 6.3 | Mohamed Pluxury)
In all my years of playing on this server, this is the first "major" mistake I have made, and I did not realize that it would lead to a permanent ban. Had I known, I would never have touched the warehouse, even if I had been authorized to do so.
I play the game with a group of 10 friends, and we truly wish to continue playing. As the family leader, this punishment not only affects me but my entire family. This will be my final appeal, and I hope for a fair and understanding judgment.
