Answer:

1. Before applying for the leadership of this organization, I worked as an Deputy and senior commander in illegal and legal organizations. My last Deputy was in Ballas, an organization with more than 100+ people online per day. I was able to keep up with this pace and lead, and I want to show that as NG leader. During my leadership I want to help people and develop RP.

2. Under my leadership, we will work together with other organizations to build a stronger and more connected community. I aim to make NG not just an organization, but a place of friendship and collaboration.

3. Me, my family and friends are experienced for this job. I will ensure unprecedented activism in NG and I will create a full army. NG will be a more disciplined and more active organization. There will be no room for toxicity. I will find a common ground to make people play and have fun together in NG.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Rp training can be given to new members regularly.
• Use experienced players as mentors.
• Feedback about RP can be collected from players.
• Hold regular community meetings to listen to members' ideas and evaluate their suggestions. Making everyone feel like they have a say can increase engagement.
• Higher bonuses can be given for participating in more events.

-This Department consist of people who are specially good shooters and works professionally.

Military Police

-This Department will keep check on people, does the patrolling on base to look out for any illegal activities and will be guarding the gates while looking out for people doing FZ Raid.

Air Force

-This Department has people with good pilot skills so they can scout the base from above.

Human Resource

-This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.
