We were doing a store with 2 hostages, for the first hostage(Leo- Non Hc) we demanded 200k and for the 2nd hostage we demanded free passage, no spikes and 2 barricades. In the pov while we have the hostage in out custody leos started putting spikes. They did it multiple times, at 9:22 they put the first spike at the face of the jugular when i said why there is a spike they removed it, they did it again and the jugular got puntured. There was spikes all over the palce as out jugular got puntured finally. They were putting and removing spikes at the face of our car un- realisticly. All in pov.

As i attended the situation by myself leos complied and removed the spikes and your car got repaired and they accepted your request then no mass rule breaks here.
