Last time when i got leader of Families i run 10 days in my org after that I stopped playing the game because there was my exams, but after few months, someone hacked my forum account. I don't know how they obtained my forum ID and password, but they used it to send abusive messages to the admin and role-playing community. Recently, I returned to the game and saw many people in my direct messages saying I was banned. I then realized why I had been banned. I asked a friend, and they confirmed that someone had hacked my forum account and sent abusive messages. Today, I reinstalled the game and logged in, and I saw the ban notification. Could you please tell me the process to get unbanned? Also, I’ve created a new forum account for this issue. I would really appreciate your help.
