Hello, i was recently banned because of a positive PC check, of course i immediatly went to request a unban In your forum. i was sitting at my PC for over 2 hours making a unban appeal and in the end "Lebron Pluxury" rejected my complaint because he thought that i made it entirely with chat gpt or any other kind of AI.
I want to say i did use AI to translate the text from german into a english version, simply because Google translator is bad quality, and i simply dont want any grammatical errors for a better chance of a unban.
Now i want to ask why the hell ive received a permanent ban from the game, simply because i wrote a unban appeal????
If i was perma banned because of a different reason please explain to me why because it was my first time getting a pc check in general, they also didnt find anything except that i left some illegal discord servers before the pc check.
