Hamza was born in Londan UK when he was a kid he had a friends who teach him crime part of the city and after he starts loving the crime actions he was young he find himself inside of the cells and he understand how the thinks can go worst when he got out from the investigation he got released due to his age and had some time in jail and know he knows if hi continues this actions he will not gona get away with it so he try to learn how to stop other people for those crimes and make them see what will happens when they ended up in jail he manage to apply to SAHP Academy and he got a good rates when he graduate from the Academy he starts thinking about his dutys and what he needs to do but its starts getting worst hamza understands filling up the paper Works is not the only think in SAHP and one of the mission he went he found a bag with fully drugs and he decide to keep it for his mental health because when he was a just a kid one of his friend gave him a weed and hamza was very enjoyed with it and there was a fully bag of it so hamza temporary frequently use them he starts came his duty late and sleepy and starts doing some criminal actions like taking bribes and threating people due to his rank and slowly draged down to that old darks side again of his life

Hamza's journey in SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol) Hamza started his work as a probie he passed his tranings with high scores and he promoted to trooper after a very hard work his high commands saw he had a light in his soul and promote him to captain of SWAT and after it hamza started attending the most difficult missions and solve them in the best way it could be after it hamza become a officer of the month and the Sheriff gaved him by her hand the rank US Marshal to hamza and hamza was much appreciated with it and shows his full strength at everywhere he can and became a star in SAHP now he know he meant something at SAHP and one of the FIB inspection they talked with hamza and said they want him in FIB as a HEAD of SAU and gave hamza a bit time to think but hamza was so comfortable in SAHP and he had good friends in SAHP and he starts thinking deeply and he decide to reject to offer Because he thinks hamza still need to do stuff in SAHP and being a FIB agent means he need to control everything in city but hamza loves the paleto bay and paleto bay needs hamza so hamza stayed at SAHP for his family and his friends
Outcomes:
1-Hamza can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
2- Hamza can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Hamza can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
4- Hamza can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
5- Hamza can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB )
6- Hamza can break IC Laws and able to use his position in SAHP
7- Hamza can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )
8.Hamza can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
9- Hamza can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
