1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life
I’ve spent the last 1.5 year being involved into role-play on GrandRP, trying out just about everything to improve and understand it better. Along the way, I’ve been part of tons of RolePlay scenarios on both the Crime and State sides, though I’ve mainly focused on crime. Now, I feel ready to share what I’ve learned and help others have more fun and immersive RolePlay experiences.

I’m great at picking up on the details and understanding the bigger picture in any situation. I always tend to listen and watch first before I take any action, and I always make sure not to escalate things for no reason, always stay calm and focused. I’m also confident in my ability to communicate and persuade effectively. I stay calm and fair to all players, no matter the circumstances, and I approach every situation with a professional mindset.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I don't like to depend on someone's work, I like to do it all from scratch, so I make sure it's 100%.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I prioritize quality, professionalism, and clear communication. I’m patient, open to advice, and always ready to share insights to handle issues and prevent future problems.
