Hope this forum finds you well.
So about a month ago I made a forum reporting someone for a IC issue. then Spooky Kray ID 24696 jumps in the forum and starts sending pictures of people. Mocking them and as usual, being toxic and making a whole thread posting their pictures. from my understanding anything posted about someone like their picture on forums or GRP discord will fall under Doxing. he made a whole thread on just posting pictures of the people which Raiky Broddy got his forum banned in it but not in city.
I do understand that I could've made this thread at the time this incident happened but I actually thought actions would already be taken at the time and getting him banned as I saw him in city yesterday. his forum got banned yes but he didn't get banned in city which is very confusing.
I would like a senior administrator to review this forum and lock it.

(Note that there is no time violation. I didn't put a time in the previous forum because this situation happened on forums, not in city. I put the forum the situation happened in, in the proofs)
