2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I’ve been with Lifeinvader for the past 3 terms, starting as an Intern in the Creative Team after my application was accepted and then eventually becoming the Department Director of Creative. Throughout my time at Lifeinvader, I’ve always been curious about how other departments operate. As a Senior Creative, I began with double hat in Ads, and later, as DHOD, I managed to do triple hat in Creative, Ads, and the Journalism team. All this time, I’ve gained a lot of experience in each department, which is why I feel confident in my ability to manage the role of CEO at Lifeinvader. My experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the organization’s needs, and I’d love to bring that knowledge into a leadership role to help Lifeinvader grow.

(ii) There are many important tasks at Lifeinvader. As CEO, some key responsibilities include keeping citizens updated about day-to-day events through articles and CNN, ensuring all ads are done correctly and on time, and making sure clients are satisfied with Lifeinvader's services. In addition, I believe that providing timely bonuses has a significant impact on employee morale. I have a calm and positive mindset, which allows me to handle situations professionally, especially when dealing with clients. I believe this will help maintain strong bond.I’d love to become CEO to bring positive changes to every aspect of the organization, ensuring that all leadership duties are carried out promptly to keep both employees and clients satisfied.

(iii) Lifeinvader never ceases to amaze me. I've learned so much here, from creating broadcasts for clients via email to managing broadcasts in the city. Similarly, creating templates for businesses and using them for ads in city. There’s so much I love about Lifeinvader, and each department is unique in its own way. I’d be honored to take on a leadership role, guiding these departments, and I’m eager to make small yet promising improvements to them that will further strengthen our work. I’d make sure that each department strives to provide positive outcomes. Events would be organized to bring both fun and healthy competition. Interviews with other state organizations would be conducted, but alongside that, I’d focus on creating a friendly environment within Lifeinvader by guiding employees and organizing exclusive fun events just for them. Additionally, I’d ensure that every person in the organization is treated with respect. A positive and friendly atmosphere for the employees, along with timely bonuses, is something I will prioritize, alongside all the other points I mentioned.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Creative Team:

I plan to organize workshops and tasks for employees to prepare them for events. This will ensure the creative team is always ready to showcase their artistic and professional skills whenever a client requests something. Additionally, I want to plan at least one mini fun event for employees and one for citizens to foster a lively and enjoyable environment. Talent shows will also be prioritized, and we’ll do our best to ensure their success.

Journalism Team:
I plan to expand the range of article templates, as the current selection is limited and often repeated. Expanding this collection will provide more creative flexibility. I also want to focus on conducting interviews with leaders of other organizations, ensuring high-quality production. This includes enhancing the intro and outro of videos, along with providing a detailed summary for viewers to better engage with the content.

Ads Department:
While we already have the top 10 bonus system, I’d like to introduce a small merit system or a role based recognition program for the most active team members. This could serve as a motivational tool and create a sense of achievement. Although this idea is still in its early stages, it has great potential. Additionally, I’ll ensure timely announcements for new applicants and ad trainees to remind them of the basic rules and guidelines for creating ads effectively.

HR Department:
The HR department often doesn’t receive enough attention. I want to improve this by introducing more exciting rewards for the team. Since HR plays a vital role in training applicants and new employees, I want to simplify and optimize the process for Test 1, Test 2, and training to save time and improve efficiency. I have a few ideas that could help the HR team ensure applicants are better prepared for their tests and training sessions.

Lastly, I’d like to introduce a discount system for Lifeinvader employees and State organization leaders as a token of appreciation for their hard work. This would not only boost morale but also strengthen relationships within and outside the organization.

I have several small ideas that could help improve the organization. With my creativity and positive attitude, I’m confident in my ability to contribute to making Lifeinvader better than ever. Thank you for taking the time to read my application.
