Answer:
1. Before applying for the leadership of this organization, I worked as an Deputy and senior commander in illegal and legal organizations. My last Deputy was in Ballas, an organization with more than 100+ people online per day. I was able to keep up with this pace and lead, and I want to show that as NG leader. During my leadership I want to help people and develop RP, while we maintain an healthy and respectful environment for everyone.
2. Under my leadership, we will work together with other organizations to build a stronger and more connected community. I aim to make NG not just an organization, but a place of friendship and collaboration. I will make sure to make it a place where people can be happy and engage with everyone in a friendly manner.
3. Me, my family and friends are experienced for this job. I will ensure unprecedented activism in NG and I will create a full army. NG will be a more disciplined and more active organization. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Rp training can be given to new members regularly. So no one breaks any rules and are able to maintain a good decorum within NG.
- Will get experienced soldiers as mentors so they can guide the new recruits so we can make sure there are no rule breaks. Will make sure there is a professional HR department which is skilled enough to teach new recruits about the rules and the activities we perform. As mostly HR do not give proper training which leads to many mistakes, so I will be keeping a good eye on my HR department.
- Will organize a rank ceremony every week to make NG members happier and more hardworking. Which will be evaluated on the basis of their weekly performance.
- Feedback about RP can be collected from players. Which will be reviewed and discussed while taking suggestions from other people in the organization.
- Hold regular community meetings to listen to members' ideas and evaluate their suggestions. Making everyone feel like they have a say can increase engagement.
- Will put people who are successful and experienced in this Organization at the head of each department for the proper functioning of that department.
- Higher bonuses can be given for participating in more events.
- Will constantly monitor the people in charge. So they do not take advantage being a High Command.
- To ensure that there are always soldiers at the gates, I will give them good gatekeeping bonus and keep their guard time short so they don't get bored.

-This Department will keep check on people, does the patrolling on base to look out for any illegal activities and will be guarding the gates while looking out for people doing FZ Raid.

-This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.
