Hey, dear admins!
Recently I got banned for GR-4.1(Minues Setting) after I gave an admin assistant interview. I already did a forum and it was rejected. I am making one forum again due to I wasn't able tell my whole story. Rejected forum link : Rejected - Ban for GR-4.1(Minus Settings)| Nik Payne
In this forum I will be elobrating everything regarding my situation. After a small pc check by Nik Payne sir, he started the interview and I passed that interview. Due to some ooc work I went for 1 hour. When I came to the city I got teleported to a place and one wizard told me to check mails. After I checked i,t Nik Payne sir told me to join mails again. So I joined and there my pc was checked again. After the pc check they told me they will tell the answer afterwards. So I was waiting and after a week I got this ban.
I have never changed any settings or anything. But I used some reduxes. But after using redux I was facing problems more so I verify my game file the day before interview.
After I got banned for Minues setting I saw a forum that he was got banned for the same reason and on that he was saying something regarding Loadscale value it has to be 1. When I saw mine it was 0 as well. So I asked my friends and there I saw it's 1 for some of them and 0 or 0.2,0.5,1 for some others. So I asked them did they change anything they said they didn't and I also never chnageed anything in my game. It was the same from the beginning. Then one of my fam member told me that it can be changed automatically because of the redux. But my redux was legal. Here is some proof with the redux-

In the redux pov you can see these are legal but I don't know what happened and how the value got chnageed. Also you can see after using redux I am facing some lag and render issues as well.

I know it's my mistake that I have done but I have spent lot of time and lots of effort. Moreover I always try to follow all the rules of the server. If you check my logs I didn't got any ban for big mistake like this. I would sincerely request to unban me for this time and I will make sure this kind of issues not happinng again. Or reduce my punishment for 15-20 days.
