Subject: Appeal Against Account Ban and Request for Clarification

Dear Grand RP Team,

The decision to permanently ban my account is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly reject this decision. On August 1, 2025, I joined the Ballas gang. My passport was requested, which I showed, and I was immediately accepted into the gang. However, at that moment, I was not given any information regarding the rules. It is important to state clearly that I was not informed about the rules, and no warning was provided that would allow me to realize my mistakes.

Before joining the gang, I purchased ammunition for every event without being told about any rules. If I had been made aware of the rules, I would not have ended up in such a serious situation. The real issue here is not just the mistake I made, but the fact that no explanation of the rules was provided to me. This lack of communication has led to a situation that has caused harm to me as a player and raises questions about Grand RP's professionalism.

The fact that all my assets, including my cars, money, and other possessions, have been erased is an unjust outcome. For myself and for other players, I ask: How can such a severe penalty be imposed without any prior notification of the rules? If there were any violations on my part, I should have been informed accordingly. This irresponsible approach calls into question Grand RP’s sense of justice.

I am writing this to express my frustration and the injustice of this situation. It is not just my fault that I did not know the rules, but it is also your responsibility for failing to inform players adequately. Banning a player based solely on their lack of knowledge, without any prior warning or clarification, is completely unacceptable. Moving forward, it is clear that all players should be properly informed of the rules.

I request that this situation be rectified. If Grand RP is willing to correct this error, I ask for my account to be reactivated and for the harm caused to be addressed.
