Approved Mass rule break by Russian Crime

At first, I was going to my house to collect the batteries and I saw a guy stealing them, I downed that guy (ID- 15781) and I called on radio for my fam members to help me in the situation and when my fam members arrived I RPed the situation and I provided him with medical assistance and said him to give me my batteries back as I saw him stealing in my POV but that guy didnt listened to my demands and started running (FailRP by ID- 15781). Then I again downed him again and while I was providing him medical assistance I saw IDs- 210, 1236 and 1292 pulling up to my house which might be meta-gaming as I am not sure if they belong to same family or not. There was a massive rule break by alot of ids from Russian Crime so I will just provide the POVs of the whole situation as I cant mention all the IDs.
