i accidentally hit his car i thought i didnt hit his car after this he came and said "i have so many illegal items okey?" he said this because im an lspd employee and i can arrest him about this so he did provoking and, this is "PC 2.5.2 Overcarrying" and "PC 2.5.5 Possession of multiple prohibited weapons (more than 1)" so he did provoking to arrest
